Entertain your guests with this unique presentation
Offer this interesting jewelry-making class and a memorable shopping experience
Here is how it works. During July and August (and other dates by request), your resort provides me with a suitable space for one ot two days a week along with some tables. As part of your resort's guest entertainment package, I offer jewelry-making classes, during which your guests can make two pairs of earrings or a bracelet for a nominal materials fee of $20.00. I supply a large collection of semi-precious stones, including popular favourites such as turquoise, amethyst, rose quartz, and amber. I also provide all the findings needed to make the jewelry. Guests receive one-on-one attention to make the items of their choice. If they have difficulty with the process, I'm available to complete their items for them. Each guest receives a pretty hand-made, fully-lined fabric bag in which to keep their finished jewelry.
This program is targeted to adults, preteens and teenagers. It is a great "mother and daughter" event. I can also do a children's class using fun and interesting glass and silvertone beads and I have a special range of "boy beads" which include leather thongs, tribal style stones and real animal horns and teeth.
In addition, I bring along an extensive display of fine semi-precious jewelry for your guests to purchase at very reasonable prices. I offer an "on-the-spot" custom design service where your guests can choose their own stones and designs and take home an exclusive piece of jewelry that we design together and which I make during my time at the resort. I personally attend the display during the whole time it is on show. The display is usually from 9:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M., but hours can vary to fit in with other attractions and events the resort is offering.
